Xtra Loyalty - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the CH Marine Xtra Loyalty Program. When you join, you will earn points for your online purchases, and these points can then be redeemed as discount rewards off future purchases. We also have a variety of other actions that you can complete to earn points.

Please note that this program is for use on our website for now, but will be expanded to other buying methods at a later date.

To enjoy the benefits of CH Marine Xtra (referred to as Xtra Loyalty below), please note our following terms and conditions, to which you are bound while participating in the program.

 Xtra Loyalty Points Value

Xtra Loyalty Eligibility

• You need to have an online account.
• You agree to receive our email newsletters.
• You agree to receive Xtra Loyalty communications.
• You need to accept internet cookies on our website/s for Xtra Loyalty to be accessible to you and functioning properly online.
• You are not a B2B customer.

Xtra Loyalty Points & Rewards 

• You need to be logged in to your online account when making a purchase to be able to acquire Xtra Loyalty points.
• Points are earned based on purchases made on the CH Marine or CH Marine affiliated websites, currently limited to www.chmarine.com.
• Points are earned on purchases made in Euros.
• Points may also be earned through special promotions, contests, or other CH Marine Xtra Loyalty activities.
• Point values may vary depending on promotional activities.
• Referral rewards, usually in the form of percentage discount coupons, may be earned by referrals to friends and family.
• CH Marine reserves the right to adjust the point earning rate and conditions, at any time.

Xtra Rewards Exclusions

• Shipping costs are excluded and do not earn points.
• Purchasing a gift voucher will earn points, but redeeming a gift voucher do not earn points.

Xtra Loyalty Currency

Points are earned on purchases made in Euros and reward earned are in Euros.

Redeeming Xtra Rewards

Points may be redeemed for rewards such as discounts on future purchases, receiving free products, or other benefits, as specified by CH Marine at a given time. On your account profile you can convert your points to a coupon which you then copy into the coupon box at checkout to receive your discount.

• The points required for each reward, and the available rewards, will be detailed on our website and may change without prior notice.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Rewards may only be redeemed by the account holder and are not transferable.

Crediting of Xtra Rewards

If you return an order which was paid for in part with a rewards voucher, the amount paid will be refunded and your Xtra Loyalty points will be credited.

• If you return individual products that were discounted using a rewards voucher, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for each product as shown on your invoice.
• The discount you received on each item will be converted back into points and added back to your Xtra Loyalty account balance.

Expiration and Forfeiture of Xtra Rewards

• Points will expire 24 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified if there is no account activity (earning or redeeming points) for 24 consecutive months.
• If you are an Xtra Loyalty member and have chosen to open a business account with us, we will remove you from Xtra Loyalty and you will no longer earn points on purchases, and all voucher accrued will no longer be valid.

Xtra Loyalty Account Termination and Modification

• CH Marine reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in Xtra Loyalty if we believe that you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or acted in a manner detrimental to the program.
• CH Marine reserves the right to modify or discontinue Xtra Loyalty, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
