The West System Epoxy B Pack includes 5 kg of 105 epoxy resin and 1kg of 205 hardener in a handy DIY pack.

West System Epoxy is a versatile, moisture resistant, high-strength plastic which adheres to a wide range of materials including fibreglass and PVC. This makes it ideal for projects that require water and chemical resistance and strong physical properties for structural bonding.

West System 105 Epoxy Resin

West System 105 Epoxy Resin is the base material on which a 105 System epoxy compounds are built. The resin is a clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with West System hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance.

105 Resin is formulated without volatile solvents and does not shrink after curing. It has a relatively high flash point and no strong solvent odour, making it safer to work with than polyester or vinylester resins. Resin viscosity is approximately 1000 centipoise (cp) at 72 F (22C),

105 Resin is designed specifically to cover and bond with wood fibre, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals when mixed at the proper ratio with a West System hardener. An excellent adhesive, 105 mixtures will bridge gaps and fill voids when modified with West System fillers and can be sanded and shaped when cured. With roller applications, it has excellent thin-film characteristics to flow out and self-level without fish eyeing.105 Resin/207 Hardener mixtures cure clear so you can achieve a natural finish when coating with varnish.

West System 205 Hardener

205 Hardner is standard cure time hardner so larger project or where a slower cure time is required use 206 Hardner

Optional Dispensing Pump Kit

For accurate mixing and ease of use order optional West System Pump Kit 301A

Coverage Guide

Estimating quantities is very important, but also quite tricky, due to the large differences of coverage depending on the thickness,

viscosity and room temperature at which it isapplied. The below is a guide for the resin without fillers, at the mid ranges.
